2. Access and Use of the Site
- The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access.
- The User agrees to use the Site only for legal purposes.
3. Specific Conditions for Aid and Grants
Nature and Rules of Fees
For reasons of legal compliance and securing international transfers, validation fees (taxes and transfers) are required. These fees are paid by the beneficiary upfront to unlock the grant. They are NOT deducted from the final grant amount.
3.1. Fee Schedule for Individuals (Up to 100,000 €/$)
This fixed schedule applies to individual grants and aid. Intermediate amounts follow a logical progression of fees.

3.2. Fee Schedule for Businesses (From €/$ 50,000 to €/$ 1,000,000)
This schedule applies to grants awarded to businesses. Fees are calculated at a fixed rate of 1.2% of the total amount.

3.3. Fund Release (Reminder)
The grant disbursement is carried out in full and immediately upon receipt and validation of the required validation fee payment.
Please read all conditions carefully before submitting your request.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Amira Foundation and are protected by copyright.
5. Applicable Law and Disputes
These TCU are governed by the legislation of the Foundation's headquarters. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts.
